One place for the business side of selling online

Selling on marketplaces brings many small problems: payouts that don’t match, returns, stock, supplier dues. OrderLens brings them together and keeps adding more.

Why OrderLens exists

Every online seller in India knows this feeling. The dashboard says you sold ₹1 lakh this month. Your bank shows far less. Somewhere in between are returns, RTO parcels, shipping both ways, commission, platform fees, TCS and TDS, spread across files that each marketplace formats differently.

OrderLens grew out of matching payouts to orders by hand. The same questions kept coming up: which products actually make money, where the payout went, and what is still to come.

What it does today

  • Money: what each order really earned after every deduction, and what is still to come.
  • Profit: profit by product, once you add what each item costs you.
  • Orders and returns: where every parcel ended (delivered, returned or RTO) and what returns cost you.
  • Stock: what is selling and what to reorder.
  • Suppliers: what you owe each vendor, and what you have paid.
  • Price calculator: what you will keep at a given selling price, before you list.
  • All your stores: several stores and marketplaces in one account.

It works from the files you already download from your seller panels, and every figure opens into the rows it came from. New tools are added regularly, based on what sellers ask for.

What it will not do

  • Ask for your marketplace login, OTP or bank details.
  • Guess a number it does not have. A missing cost shows as “not set”, never as ₹0.
  • Sell or share your data. Your files are yours.

Who it is for

Small and growing sellers on Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and Snapdeal who want one clear place to run their shop’s numbers, without spreadsheets or hiring someone to read settlement reports every fortnight.

Price

OrderLens is free while it is early. If that ever changes, existing users will be told well in advance, and nothing already in your account will be locked away.
