No marketplace login, ever

OrderLens never connects to your seller account. You download reports yourself and upload them. We never ask for your marketplace password, OTP or bank details, so there is nothing of that kind for anyone to steal from us.

Each business is kept separate

Every row of data carries the business it belongs to, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone outside that business. This check sits in the database, not just in the app’s screens, so a bug in a page cannot leak another seller’s numbers.

No key that opens every account

The running app holds no key that can read every account. Every screen you use goes through the same database check, so the app can only ever show you your own business.

Locked while it travels and while it is stored

Everything travels over HTTPS, and data is encrypted where it is stored. Passwords are stored scrambled, so they cannot be read back, not even by us.

Your customers’ details are not used

OrderLens works with your business figures, not your buyers’ details. It does not need or use customers’ names, phone numbers or addresses.

No ads, no trackers, never sold

There are no advertising or analytics scripts on OrderLens, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

You stay in control

Clear any store’s data yourself from the Upload page, or ask us to delete your whole account. The details are in our privacy policy. Found a security problem? Please tell us and we will fix it quickly.
