Terms of use

1. What OrderLens is

An online tool that reads the settlement, payment and order files marketplaces give sellers, and turns them into statements of what you earned. It is independent and is not run by, or connected to, any marketplace.

2. Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Upload only files from seller accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
• Tell us quickly at support@orderlens.shop if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your data stays yours

Everything you upload or type in belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to show you your figures. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

4. Figures are a guide, not accounts

OrderLens works hard to be exact and shows its working for every figure. Still, its numbers are a guide to help you decide. They are not certified accounts, and not tax or legal advice. Each marketplace remains the authority on what it paid you. Check with your accountant before filing GST or income tax.

5. Please don’t

• try to reach other people’s data, or test the site’s security without asking us;
• overload the service, or copy it with automated tools;
• upload anything that is not a genuine marketplace report, or that contains harmful code.

6. Price

OrderLens is free for now. If we ever start charging, we will tell you well in advance, and you can stop using it and have your data deleted before then.

7. The service

We keep improving OrderLens, so screens and features change. We aim to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. We are not responsible for business decisions made only on its figures.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using OrderLens and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email you.
